  • You must provide a complete unboxing video as proof.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A full unboxing video is required to claim any return or refund.

  • The video must:

    • Start from showing the sealed package

    • Clearly capture the entire unboxing process

    • Be continuous (no cuts or edits)

⚠️ Important:
Without a proper unboxing video, no return or refund will be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Request Timeframe

  • You must raise a return/refund request within 3 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

Verification Process

  • Our team will review the unboxing video provided.

  • If the damage is verified:

    • A replacement or refund will be issued.
